Gratitude and Learning Journal: Day 5
I discovered “we can recover from fatigue if we spend enough time to rest.”
But, I guess a lot of people already know this.
Anyway, since resting is very important, we need to prioritize rest.
It’s OK to take time for relaxing.
Since we have a lot to do, doing nothing may seem like a waste.
But we need to understand “we are going to rest. It’s OK to spend some time doing nothing.”
Maybe it helps to realize it’s for the family, too.
It’s difficult to take care of fatigue with only small amount of time.
It’s easier to recover from tiredness with enough time.
Writing down a to do list also helps us make room for resting.
